TGF-β/Smads信号通路在中枢神经系统疾病中的研究进展

【摘要】 转化生长因子-βs(TGF-βs)亚家族广泛存在于哺乳动物细胞中,参与多种中枢神经系统疾病的发生发展,TGF-β/Smads 信号通路的作用日益受到关注。研究表明,TGF-β在调节中枢神经系统内环境稳态中发挥双重作用,通过 TGF-β受体、R-Smads、I-Smads 以及非经典 TGF-β信号通路进行调节。不同疾病,该通路的作用不同,研究 TGF-β及 TGF-β/Smads 信号通路在中枢神经系统疾病中的相互调节作用,对神经系统疾病的治疗及评估预后有重要作用。本文就 TGF-β及 TGF-β/Smads 信号通路参与中枢神经系统疾病的作用机制作简要综述。

【Abstract】 Transforming growth factor-βs(TGF-βs)subfamily exists widely in mammalian cells and is involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of central nervous system diseases. The role of TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway is attracting increasing attention. Studies have shown that TGF-β plays a dual role in regulating homeostasis in the central nervous system through TGF-β receptors, R-Smads, I-Smads and non-classical TGF-β signaling pathways. Different diseases, the role of this pathway is different, and the study of TGF-β and TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway in the central nervous system diseases of mutual regulation is important for the treatment of neurological diseases and evaluation of prognosis. This article briefly reviews the mechanism of TGF-β and TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway involved in central nervous system diseases.
