【摘要】 快速眼球运动睡眠期行为障碍（rapid-eye movement sleep behavior disorder，RBD）不仅是一种睡眠障碍疾病，而且与帕金森病（Parkinson’s disease，PD)、路易体痴呆（dementia with Lewy bodies，DLB)、多系统萎缩（multiple system atrophy，MSA)等α-突触核蛋白病密切相关，通常被认为是这些疾病的早期预警。研究表明，RBD 可在α-突触核蛋白病症状发作前数年至数十年出现，并预测神经变性病和认知功能障碍。本文就RBD 的流行病学、临床特征及疾病进展等进行综述，进一步了解RBD 与α-突触核蛋白病的关系，为临床早期诊断提供帮助。

Research progress on the relationship between rapid-eye movement sleep behavior disorder and α-synucleinopathies

【Abstract】 Rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (RBD) is not only a kind of sleep disorder，but also related to α-synucleinopathies such as Parkinson’s disease（PD），dementia with Lewy bodies（DLB）and multiple system atrophy（MSA），which is usually regarded as the early warning of these diseases. Studies have shown that RBD can appear years to decades before the onset of symptoms of α-synucleinopathies and predict neurodegenera⁃ tive disease and cognitive impairment. In this paper，the epidemiology，clinical features and disease progress of RBD are reviewed，so as to further understand the relationship between RBD and α-synucleinopathies and provide help for early clinical diagnosis.
