睡眠障碍对脑卒中的影响研究进展

【摘要】 脑卒中是致残、致死主要的原因之一，随着人口老龄化，脑卒中给医疗经费带来的挑战与日俱增。近年来，睡眠障碍的国内外研究呈上升趋势，其作为卒中的发病因素及机制也逐渐被认识。目前，呼吸相关性睡眠障碍尤其是阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停被认为是卒中的独立风险因素，其卒中风险估计增加 1 倍，而对其他形式的睡眠障碍是否会增加卒中的风险研究较少。本文就睡眠障碍对脑卒中影响的研究做一综述，概括呼吸性与非呼吸性睡眠相关疾病对脑卒中的影响。

【Abstract】 Stroke is one of the leading causes of disability and death. With the aging population，the challenges posed by stroke to medical funding will grow. In recent years，the research on sleep disorders in China and abroad is on the rise，and it is gradually recognized as the pathogenesis and mechanism of stroke. Currently，respiratory-related sleep disorders，especially obstructive sleep apnea，are considered as independent risk factors for stroke，with the risk of stroke estimated to be doubled. There are few studies on whether other forms of sleep disorders increase the risk of stroke. This paper reviews the studies on the effect of sleep disorders on stroke，summarizes the effects of respiratory and non-respiratory sleep-related diseases on stroke.
