Irisin/FNDC5对脑功能的影响研究进展

【摘要】 鸢尾素（Irisin）作为一种在肥胖领域研究中的重要因子，也可影响动物的神经功能，目前已有多项研究报告其在基因及转录因子层面对脑代谢及各类神经细胞的影响。鸢尾素作为运动因子对内分泌系统的益处不言而喻，本文主要收集了关于鸢尾素对神经功能影响的相关文献及最新进展，提示鸢尾素对于目前临床上常见的脑功能损伤存在潜在治疗价值。

【Abstract】 As an important factor in the research of obesity，Irisin can also affect the nerve function of animals. At present，many literatures have reported their influence on brain metabolism and various nerve cells at the level of genetic and transcription factors. Irisin is self-evident as a motor factor on the endocrine system，and this article mainly collects related literature and the latest progress on the impact of Irisin on neural function. It is prompted that Irisin has potential treatment value for the current common clinical brain function damage.
