铁稳态与糖尿病合并认知障碍的相关性研究进展

【摘要】 认知障碍现已成为严重威胁老年人身心健康的进展性疾病。而糖尿病被发现是认知障碍出现的独立危险因素。近年来研究发现铁稳态失衡可能参与了糖尿病患者认知功能的损伤过程。本综述对铁失衡参与的糖尿病认知损害过程进行简要总结，并对相关可能的机制进行初步探讨，旨在为糖尿病群体认知功能的减退尽早防治提供参考。

【Abstract】 Cognitive impairment has now become a progressive disease that seriously threatens the physical and mental health of the elderly. Diabetes was found to be an independent risk factor for cognitive impairment. In recent years，studies have found that iron homeostasis imbalance may be involved in the process of cognitive impairment in diabetic patients. This review briefly summarizes the process of cognitive impairment in diabetes involving iron imbalance，and preliminarily discusses the possible mechanisms，in order to provide a reference for the early prevention and treatment of cognitive decline in the diabetic population.
